SeeMyFutureBody.com is an AI-powered body transformation visualization service that generates photorealistic previews of how you might look after achieving specific fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create simulated images based on your uploaded photos.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Subscriptions

Our Service offers monthly subscription plans with the following features:

• Monthly credits for AI image generations
• Access to transformation features (weight loss, muscle gain, etc.)
• HD quality output images

4.3 Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and personal fitness motivation. You agree to upload only images of yourself or images for which you have explicit permission.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Upload images of minors (under 18 years old)
• Use the Service to create deceptive, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Resell or redistribute generated images commercially
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating transformations. As stated in our Privacy Policy, all uploaded images are automatically deleted after 1 hour.

6.2 Generated Images

You own the AI-generated transformation images created from your uploads. However, these are for personal use only unless you have a commercial license agreement with us.

6.3 Our Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, is owned by SeeMyFutureBody.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability
