Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use SeeMyFutureBody.com (the "Service"). By using the Service or buying something, you agree to them.

• Email: support@seemyfuturebody.com

2. What the Service is (and isn't)

The Service uses AI to create an example image of how your body could look after weight loss, muscle gain or a similar change, based on a photo you upload.

• It is a visualization, not a prediction. Images look photorealistic, but they do not show how your body will actually change. Real results depend on genetics, age, health, method and many other factors.
• It is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a diet, training plan or medication.
• General information on our pages (for example about weight loss or GLP-1 medication) is for information only and may not apply to you.

3. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Never upload photos of minors.
• Do not upload nude or sexual images, or use the Service to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• You sign in with Google or an email login link. Keep access to your account to yourself.

4. Prices and payment

• No subscriptions. Everything is a one-time payment: unlocking a single image, or a credit pack that lets you create several images.
• The price is shown before you pay. At checkout Stripe may show the final amount in your local currency; that is the amount you are charged.
• Credits do not expire, are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

5. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to that before paying.

• Unlocked images and credits are delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started. This is shown to you at checkout, before you pay.
• This does not affect our refund policy below, including refunds for unused credit packs.

6. Refunds

You get a full refund if:

• the image could not be generated, or you never received it;
• a technical error on our side means you can't view or download your result;
• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you bought a credit pack, haven't used any of its credits, and ask within 14 days of purchase.

Email support@seemyfuturebody.com with the email address you used to pay. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Because results are AI visualizations, we don't refund simply because an image doesn't match your expectations. But tell us if something looks wrong and we'll try to help, for example with a free new attempt.

7. Your photos and images

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to create your images.
• You may use the images created for you for personal purposes. Don't present them as real before/after results.
• How we handle and delete photos is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

• We do our best to keep the Service working, but it may sometimes be unavailable or produce imperfect results.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and applicable law

• We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases you already made.
• Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
