1. Who we are

SeeMyFutureBody.com ("we", "us") creates AI visualizations of how your body could look after weight loss or muscle gain. We are responsible for the personal data described below.

2. Your photos: exactly what happens

• Until an image is generated (for most people: until you pay to unlock it), your photo stays in your own browser, stored locally on your device. The locked preview you see is your own photo, blurred. Nothing is sent to an AI yet.
• When an image is generated: your photo is uploaded to our server, held in memory only (it is never written to disk), and sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI to create the image. It is then discarded.
• Google Vertex AI does not use your photo to train its models. Google may briefly cache request data in memory (up to 24 hours) to serve the request, after which it is deleted.
• Generated images are stored on our server so you can view and download them, and are automatically deleted: unpaid previews after 7 days, all other images after 30 days at the latest.
• You can remove the locally stored photo at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• We never sell your photos, share them with other users, use them for marketing, or use them to train AI.

3. Other data we collect

• Account: your email address and name (and profile picture if you sign in with Google).
• Your choices: the goal and amounts you pick (e.g. "lose 10 kg"), stored with each generated image.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store them.
• Feedback: thumbs up/down and any comment you choose to write.
• Usage statistics: pages visited, the referring site and campaign tags, counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, for security and troubleshooting.

4. Why we use it

• To create the visualization you ask for and deliver your purchase (performing our agreement with you).
• To keep you signed in, send login links and payment confirmations.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve results (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations such as keeping payment records for tax purposes.

5. Services we use (processors)

• Google Cloud Vertex AI: image generation.
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: sending login and transactional emails.
• Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our hosting provider, which runs our servers.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in (it expires after 24 hours). We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep data

• Original photos: never stored on our servers.
• Generated images: 7 days (unpaid previews) or at most 30 days.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Payment records: as long as accounting law requires (in Switzerland, 10 years).

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us at support@seemyfuturebody.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the authority in your own country.

9. Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. Do not upload photos of anyone else without their permission, and never of minors.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
